Online Fundraising FAQS

Changes to your sale:

Once your fundraiser has been approved, you will receive an email outlining your start and end date details. We have these dates reserved for your organization so if there is any reason we need to modify them, please let us know ASAP at support@bathsorbet.com.



Before you get started:

Before you begin your online fundraising, we will email you login information to access our Fundraiser Portal. Through our Fundraiser Portal, you will be able to track your online sales and commissions.



Payments and Commissions:

For online fundraising, all online purchases through www.bathsorbetfundraising.com will ship direct to the purchaser, and your organization will earn 30% in profit. Profit for online purchases will be owed to you after your fundraiser is finished and a check will be mailed to you within a week of completion. You will be able to follow your online sales and commissions through your Fundraiser Portal throughout the duration of your fundraiser.



Shipping Charges:

For each online order, customers will be able to choose a shipping method to be shipped via USPS.



Delivery:

All online orders will be shipped directly to customer via 2-day USPS priority mail. Orders will typically be shipped within 24 hours of order being placed.
